Our Policies

No shows/ cancellations/ moving appointments.

24 hours notice must be given for any cancellations or moving of appointments. Less than this or no shows will be charged 20% non-refundable booking fee to secure all future appointments.

Late arrivals.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment, if you think you may be late for your appointment please contact me. If your appointment is less than an hour and you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. If your appointment is over an hour long and you are up to 15 minutes late this may cut your services down.

Patch tests.

Patch tests must be done at least 48hours before your colour service. This is clients responsibility to get into the salon to have a patch test. Colour services will not be going ahead without a patch test. From time to time additional skin tests will be required, your stylist will make you aware of when.

Dry cuts.

Dry cuts are suitable for maintenance only, if the hair is deemed unclean, there will be a £5 charge as this causes extra wear on equipment.

Refunds

All unopened, unused retail items can be returned under your consumer rights. I do not offer or apply any credit towards services for returned merchandise.

Although I strive to achieve exactly what each client asks for. If you are unhappy with the service you have received please let the salon know within a week from your appointment date. Your stylist will arrange a date to make adjustments. Refunds will not be issued.

Children and safety.

I welcome children into the salon. However if they are waiting, they must sit and wait quietly. Toys and colouring is supplied for them. No pumping/ spinning/twirling on the salon chairs.

If the child is booked in for their own appointment and is very unhappy the service will stop immediately. It is unsafe and unfair on the child, stylist and guardian. If the guardian has not followed stylist recommendations to help create a calmer environment prior to this there will still be a charge for this appointment.

Gift cards.

Gift cards are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Loyalty Scheme.

Stamps are only received when spending £10 or over. Stamps are non-transferable in case of lost cards. Cards must be presented at time of transaction to gain a stamp or to use the discount.

Payment.

I reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification.

Tori is passionate about hairdressing and committed to providing an excellent service at reasonable prices, and so decided to open her own salon to fulfil her ambitions.
